Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. RepPlanr creates a private profile on your device the first time you open it, and everything — logging, routines, history, charts, export — works from there. An account only adds syncing, so your training is backed up and available on another device. You can create one later from Profile → Create account without losing anything you have already logged.
How do I export my data?
Profile → Export data, then choose CSV or JSON. It covers everything you have logged, needs no account, and hands you a file through the normal iOS share sheet — so you can put it in Files, mail it to yourself, or open it in a spreadsheet.
How do I delete my account and data?
Profile → Manage account → Delete account. This is a permanent deletion of the account and everything synced to it, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone — export first if you want a copy. If you subscribe to Pro, deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: Apple handles billing, so cancel separately in your App Store settings.
How do I cancel RepPlanr Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are canceled in your App Store account settings rather than in the app. The membership banner at the top of the Profile tab takes you there. Canceling keeps Pro working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and everything you have logged stays yours — the free tier keeps logging, routines, history and every chart.
I paid but the app says I am not Pro.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Purchases belong to the Apple ID that made them, so make sure the device is signed in to that same Apple ID. If it still does not restore, email us the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
What does RepPlanr do with Apple Health?
Only two things, and only if you turn them on: it writes your completed RepPlanr workouts to Apple Health, and reads your body weight so bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups count properly toward your volume. It does not read your heart rate, your step count, or workouts recorded by other apps. Health access is never required — manage it at Profile → Apple Health, or revoke it entirely in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
Something is wrong, or a number looks incorrect.
Please write in. The most useful report names the screen you were on, what you expected, and what you saw instead — a screenshot usually settles it in one round trip. Your device model and iOS version help for anything that looks like a display or crash issue.
Privacy, terms and your data
What RepPlanr collects and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the terms covering subscriptions and acceptable use are in the Terms & Conditions. You can export everything you have logged at any time, and request access to or deletion of your account data by email.
A note on what RepPlanr is
RepPlanr is a fitness tracking and information tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional advice. Estimates such as an estimated one-rep max, and AI-written suggestions, are informational and can be wrong. If you have pain or a medical concern, talk to a qualified health professional.
