Delete your account and data
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This page explains how to delete your RepPlanr account and the personal data associated with it, from Hung Studios. Deletion is permanent and immediate — it is not a deactivation, and there is no recovery period during which we can restore it.
Delete from inside the app
Open RepPlanr and go to Profile → Manage account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. When you do, your account and the personal data listed below are deleted.
Export first if you want a copy. Profile → Export data hands you everything you have logged as CSV or JSON, needs no account, and is the only copy you will have afterward.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email — there is no need to reinstall it. Email repplanr@hung-studios.com from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm the request and process the deletion as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days.
If you never created an account, there is nothing for us to delete: RepPlanr keeps a private profile on your device until you choose to sign up, and uninstalling the app removes it.
What is deleted
The following account data is permanently deleted, in one operation:
- Your profile and training settings
- Every workout you have logged, with all of its sets
- Your programs, routines and planned workouts
- Personal records and progress history
- Questions you have asked in the app, and the answers
- Any support requests you sent from inside the app
- Your sign-in credentials, including any linked Google or Apple identity
What is retained, and for how long
Some records remain after deletion, either because a third party holds them or because we have a legal or operational reason to keep them:
- Subscription and purchase records held by Google Play or Apple. These belong to the store that processed the payment and are governed by its policy, not ours. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it separately in Google Play or App Store settings, or you will keep being charged.
- Crash reports and usage diagnostics held by our error-reporting and analytics providers. These are stored against your account’s internal identifier rather than your name or email. Once the account is deleted that identifier no longer corresponds to an account, though the records themselves remain. We keep them for no more than 12 months, and will delete the records for your identifier sooner if you ask in the same email.
We may also keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax records relating to a purchase, for as long as the law requires.
